According to Case Shiller, Miami did have the 3rd highest percent price increase of homes sold for 2021, trailing only Phoenix and Tampa:

How was Cambridge not on that list? Most of Boston’s really ritzy suburbs, Weston, Sudbury, Lincoln, Concord, Wayland, Acton, Lexington, Newton, Winchester, Natick, are all in Cambridge’s metro division

While the Boston metro division has Neddhsm, Dover, Sharon, Hingham and that’s pretty much it.
