NYC has just as much water nearby as the first two. It's right there on a major river, through a Bay. A far greater number of people encounter a large body of water on a daily basis in NYC than any city in the US.
None. I'm getting tired of living in larger cities. Honestly I think I like cities the size of Charlotte, Nashville, Austin. Just large enough to provide sufficient amenities, but not quite large enough to bring big city problems.
