I get that, I live in an area like that in Denver, but Denver metro is still less than half the size of Dallas metro.
That's great and all but at the end of the day, that intersection in the streetview doesn't look classically urban at all. Brand new high-rise, an apartment block that looks like garden style apartments that could be anywhere, and the corner of a pretty generic looking office/commercial building. Dallas seems to be all new urbanism.
