If there was a thread like this I apologize in advance
Example: If Jersey City was 1 million or more in population, it would resemble Manhattan even more than it already is now.
Or
If East Rutherford, New Jersey was bigger in population, it would be like Arlington, Texas of the Northeast that they house the NFL team(s) of the region and are more suburban in look and character.
If Springfield were bigger, I imagine it being like Indianapolis. It’d be cool for them to have an NBA team considering it’s where the sport started.

How about Knoxville, TN?
Pittsburgh. Appalachian, spread-out "city of neighborhoods" feel, good white-collar economy for the region.
I guess Decatur would be like Raleigh minus the college town aspect.
If Little Rock AR was bigger what would it be like?
Closest thing I can think of is Birmingham. Largest city in a deeper south state, where a smaller metro in the northern part of the state is the golden child for growth.
If Jacksonville Florida were bigger what would it be like?

I imagine it would be Atlanta meets Orlando without the famous theme parks of the latter
Sacramento due to similar culture and being near attractions. Bakersfield is really regular lile Sacramento.
If Charleston West Virginia were bigger what would it be like?
If it were much bigger, probably Cincinnati OH.
Hartford CT?
