Nice improvement! But a suicide shouldn't count as a homicide, no? So it should be 31?

Dude was going to be evicted by county sheriffs after squatting in a property he didn't own for months. He opened fire on them as they responded. It ended up being a major SWAT standoff for 7-8 hours until city officers shot and killed him when he again opened fire upon them.

But otherwise, just as DC really wants to catch up in raw total, Baltimore homicide numbers return to "normal". So far much deadlier this month.
