Fort Worth is now at 38.
2 are officer involved justifiable
1 is civilian involved justifiable
2 or 3 were wounded in a previous but scummed to their injuries this year.
2 may be accidental but Tarrant County Medical Examiner has both incidents as homicides.

Baltimore at 113 (110*) if my count is correct.

https://foxbaltimore.com/news/local/...art-of-summer#

A fair amount of shooting over the weekend, only 1 homicide.

It was 138 by end of May both in 2021 and 2022, so things did trend downward. Being Baltimore it only takes a bad week or two for number to jumped again, though .

And expensive, but probably worth it if you can afford it. Anyhow 0 for the entire year so far? That's pretty impressive, even safer than the city propers of San Diego, or San Jose for that matter.

Being the urban core of the SJ metro, San Jose the city has pockets of poverty and gang activities, and just in general not as well-off as the burbs...
