Absolutely not. The Napa Valley one is debatable though
I lived in Hawaii for eight years. The islands function as one market, and it's very easy to get from one to another. Makes no sense to me to separate, say, Lanai from Maui.

It makes complete sense. I grouped these by metro. which isn’t a perfect case. But the islands certainly don’t get grouped together here

This. Forbes 5 Star is extremely selective. And while some Four Seasons hotels are among the best hotels in the world, not all Four Seasons are equal. Four Seasons isn’t like Ritz-Carlton/Peninsula/Montage in this regard that every property will classify for the highest standards.
What I notice is that in places with very competitive luxury hotel markets like NYC/Chicago/Boston, Four Seasons sets the standards higher than in others
