Yeah if you have a remote job and can take your $130k salary somewhere cheaper, then why not? Portugal and Spain looking awfully appealing right now.
I know plenty of people move across country, but a lot of people like living near family. I would guess most remote workers in Greater Boston move the Cape and Islands or the Maine coast.
