And that’s not me hating on Charlotte, the few that have voted picked North Hills over SouthPark. Being an office park alone isn’t going to notch a win here.

Maybe you can provide a video or pics of Southpark. I do know Southpark mall has more offerings than North Hills for high end fashion, but I would much rather LIVE in North Hills.
Meep,

ISouthpark is a live, work, and play neighborhood with different all amenity complexes, grocery store, shops, offices, movies, stores, elrestauraunts, etc. There are different areas all bound together like that in SouthPark. Anybody who is voting different has never really been. Come on man.

By 2025--

I'd rank them like this:

4 North Hills (Raleigh)
3 The Gulch (Nashville)
2 South Park (Charlotte)
1 West Midtown (Atlanta)

South Park and the Gulch are neck and neck, but I think South Park stays well ahead of the Gulch due to transit beyond 2025.

But the Gulch will infill nicely and continue to be in the top 2 or 3 high end desirable neighborhoods in Nashville for office, hotel and residential.

See north hills walk through here:

I don't know why I'm getting deleted comments from posting my opinion but I wouldn't even say it's comparable to Alpharetta either. Battery is the best comparison layout wise and it definitely comes nowhere near West Midtown, South Park, or the Gulch. If anything, there are areas of West Raleigh surrounding NC State that would be a better comparison to these other neighborhoods.

The South Blvd or North Davidson corridors in Charlotte may have been a better comparison with the other cities options. Southpark is more comparable to Greenhills in Nashville, though it does function similarly to North Hills in Raleigh.

South Park (Charlotte)
The Gulch (Nashville)
West Midtown (Atlanta) * this includes Atlantic station area over to Howell Mill area. Don’t compare whole midtown*
North Hills ( Raleigh)
I'm assuming you meant South End for Charlotte, which is a rapidly urbanizing extension of Uptown along the Blue Line, instead of totally suburban South Park.

It reminds me of the redevelopment of Ballantyne in southeast Charlotte which borders SC and is currently underway: https://www.ballantynemagazine.com/a...yne-reimagined

If this was South End instead of South Park then I honestly would have picked South End instead of West Midtown. It has all the benefits of West Midtown but also has LRT. I was pleasantly surprised visiting South End.

South End's growth over the past decade has been pretty amazing. I remember when it pretty much ended at Remount Rd/Ideal Way; these days it's not so farfetched to envision South Blvd urbanized right up to Pineville city limits.

South End beats West Midtown but I hope Charlotte gets some developers interested with good architecture. South End is like Charlotte’s Midtown and that’s all the way down to similar bland architecture that drives me crazy. Otherwise it’s perfect and will continue getting better. West Midtown lucked out with Star Metals.

West Midtown and especially Old Fourth Ward have some of the best new architecture. Very European style.
