Maybe, but Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins aren't exactly cheap.

^Good catch and if anything, I'm glad to be wrong, as I live in one of the areas in the top 25.

Ann Arbor isn't necessarily "cheap" either, after looking at it again.

What year is it? They have Boise's Median Home Price at $221,475, that's like 5+ years ago pricing. No, the median home price here in Boise, 2023, is around $500k.

Yea, I noticed several outdated stats for cities, including home prices and unemployment rates... Hurts the credibility of US News a bit.
