Which wealthy neighborhood of a major southern city or suburb do you think is the "Beverly Hills of the South"?

Since Beverly Hills has a lot of people in the entertainment industry, my vote is for Belle Meade (Nashville) which is very swank and is also filled with people from the entertainment industry.

River Oaks in Houston is No. 1 in the south, no if but about it followed by Highland Park in Dallas. Houston and Dallas are the two wealthist cities in the South

All rather poor imitations of BH

Nowhere on planet w/BH's combination of yr-round, non-humid, 65-85F climate; talented chicks from all over US, walking around downtown (in BH, the mecca for cars); superb restaurants in BH or within 10mins drive of BH; many smart, interesting guys from all over US who mysteriously choose BH as a wkend home; and some of best driving roads in world ~30mins away in the Malibu canyons, to properly exercise great cars

*grins a bit* Hell, y'all...if this 'un doesn't degenerate into an argument over exactly what is Southern and what isn't, it might be an interesting poll and question!
