This was in Michael Moore's new movie Capitalism, I laughed so hard seeing this clip. It makes me not want to live in Cleveland, lol. Though I'm sure it's a little nicer than it's portrayed here:
It's actually a lot nicer than that. Good to see what the Rush Limbaugh of the Left is spending his millions on these days.
Hey Mr. "I'm Proof The Progressives Can Be Every Bit As Intellectually Dishonest As The Conservatives": It's been 40 years since the Cuyahoga River caught on fire and you know it.
My 5 are:1. Phoenix- too much sunshine and having car is just about mandatory in most areas 2. Las Vegas 3. San Diego - both same as Phoenix but expensive to live 4. Detroit -too much blight and original homes torn down 5. Los Angeles - way too expensive and you have look like a Barbie or a Ken doll if you're single and trying to find someone.
1 Seattle Rains to Much
2 Miami Summer is to long
3 LA I'm to Fat to live there
4 NYC WInters to Long
5 Houston Never liked the city for some reason just rubs me the wrong way
1. Seattle/Portland - Too Rainy
(tie) 2. Detroit - Too Cold in the Winter & Too Bummy
(tie) 2. Minneapolis/St. Paul - Too Too Cold in the Winter
4. Cleveland - Doesn't Appeal to Me & Too Cold in the Winter
5. Chicago - Too Cold in the Winter
I think I would probably live in most cities for the right job. I also think a lot of people on this board have NO clue what they are talking about. I don't think you should be able to comment on a city you have never visited. How many of you have actually been to Detroit? Anyway, I tend to prefer larger, older cities. if I HAD to choose, it would be:
1. Salt Lake City-Only because SLC is very family oriented and I prefer a more lively night scene
2. Atlanta-People here are very friendly, but it is a little too sprawled for my taste. I've had family members that have really loved it here.
3. Oklahoma City-Just didn't seem like my type of city
4. Las Vegas-I love this town, but the tourists would drive me crazy
5. Tacoma-Not sure if this would count for a large city, but I really didn't like it there.
