Niether city has a skyline worth a damn. Both rank up there with San Antonio. Las Cruces is too small to have a skyline at 100,000 people.
Have to disagree. El Paso's downtown has an awesome skyline, but it's not man-made. The Franklin Mountains dwarf any highrises that you could possibly build. As far as high-rises downtown, neither El Paso or Albuquerque have anything to brag about. Las Cruces actually discourages the building of structures more than four or five stories. They don't want to block the views of the Organ Mountains.

I mean't the highrises as people are always saying how albuquerque's highrises are so superior and i'm saying neither is great. I wonder if these people have ever been outside of the state. Cities i've been to when i lived in the south like Atlanta, Tampa and Miami are so superior to albuquerque's (and el paso's) downtown.

I agree, both cities have nothing to brag about, they are both pretty pathetic if you ask me, but hey we are poor cities with poor leaders.
