This is a tough one. Seattle has Pearl Jam, Nirvana, and Candlebox. Lots of gorgeous green scenery too. But we have Rocky, Phillies Baseball, and Eagles Football. Plus its tough to beat Philly in the food department. The weather sucks in both cities. Both places are refreshingly not Republican. I would give Philly the edge since although Seattle is beautiful, nobody i know could actually afford to live there.

Oh I don't know.

Considering the bounty of fresh seafood and locally grown fruits and produce near Seattle I'd say Seattle has a very strong argument.

That of course would explain why the poll favors Seattle.

Gotta wonder how many voters on either side of this issue have actually been to both cities.

I've been to both and lived in Seattle. Philadelphia wins if you want a real urban experience, with everything at your fingertips. Seattle wins if you don't really like cities, in the classic sense of the word.

You apparently have me confused with PWRIGHT concerning the photo initiation and duplication.

I generally post pictures to dispel some sterotypical Philadelphia babble. Like this gem which appeared on page 2 or 3 of this thread.

Boom! Rainrock is not going to waste time trying to explain jm is wrong, instead cut paste a few photos which are worth a thousand words.

On the otherhand PWRIGHT anytime I see his/her name there is no ryme or reason, no dialogue, no nothing. He/she will simply drop 20 30 photos of Seattle at the drop of a hat.

That's your theory of how the thread unfolded.
