North Carolina has beautiful beaches and mountains, Florida has gorgeous palm-lined keys and art-deco cities.

Which do you prefer in terms of over-all beauty? Keep positive.

Florida-the tropical scenery of South Florida plus the Deep South scenery of North Florida. Then there's Central Florida where both regions meet.

North Carolina for sure. Florida is a giant swamp, its only redeeming quality is Miami.

Florida is nicer IMO. Tropical plants, beautiful beaches and extreme diverse wildlife in the Everglades.

NC has beaches but not as nice as Florida. NC has mountains in the western part of the state which Florida lacks. Overall I was not impressed with NC.

North Carolina has much more geographical diversity with its beaches, sandhills, foothills, and mountains. Its beaches aren't as commercialized as Florida's, which is a good thing. I love pristine beaches, although commercial beaches have their place.
