Montana with Colorado in a close 2nd place. I just find the mountains in Montana to be just a hair more spectacular looking....

Glacier National Park is the most beautiful place I have ever seen. Colorado and Vermont are beautiful, but Montana gets my vote.

Well Montana and Colorado are awesome if you are in the western parts, but the eastern areas are empty plains with some of the most boring scenery in the country. Vermont is uniformly scenic throughout. That being said, I'll go with Montana.
