1. New York, New York/Seattle, Washington/Vancouver, Canada(British Columbia)/ San Francisco, California tied (Sorry I couldnt pick out of these 4. They all are equally my favorite cities in North America. )
2. Montreal, Canada(Quebec)
3. Chicago, Illinois
4. Toronto, Canada(Ontario)
---------------------------
5. San Diego, California
6. Portland, Oregon
7. Washington District of Columbia
----------------------------
8. Honolulu, Hawaii
9. Boston, Massachusetts
10. Calgary, Canada(Alberta)
-----------------------------
11.Austin, Texas
12. Minneapolis, Minnesota
Only including cities I've been to but I think its largely skewed, I was different age and there for different reasons for each city so what I did might be a terrible indication on the city:
1. Chicago
2. Toronto
3. Geneva, NY
4. Miami
5. NYC
6. Charlottesville, VA
7. Atlanta
8. Tampa
9. Washington D.C.
10. Orlando
11. New Brunswick
12. Ft. Lauderdale
I've been to a lot of other places but a lot of them I just really didn't enjoy at all. I've been all over Ohio for example... but didn't like a single part of it. Same thing with Maryland, same thing with North Carolina.
Who ever put Philly above Boston or San francisco obviously hasnt been out of Downtown, Northern Liberties, and University City
This is the best cities not niegborhoods.
