Allentown, PA. For that matter, the Bethlehem, PA skyline isn't so hot either.

In the obvious category, you have Washington, DC, but there are legitimate reasons for that.

Finally, among genuinely big cities the Phoenix skyline is on the unimpressive side. Of course, Phoenix for the most part is one giant suburb.

Honestly most of the newer cities. The buildings are made of steel and glass all clustered together. Of course most cities can look impressive when lit up at night, but try pulling it off during the day. That's when you know a skyline is great, when it looks good at any hour of the day. That said, I'd say Las Vegas is the worst during the daylight hours. Overall, cities like Indianapolis, Little Rock, Portland OR, Tampa, San Diego, Providence, and Milwaukee are dull.

What's odd is that you listed all the cities with the best skylines in your poll, I think you'd be better off listing less common cities like the ones I mentioned and several others. Just my two bits.

I say Milwaukee. It have a skyline of a city that is 100,000-200,000 population.
