Folks, San Jose has one of the better skylines even though it's a little short. I'd say it is even as good as Houston's, Dallas and atlanta if not even better even if it's short. Just go to skyline scenes.com and look at all the downtown pictures to make a conclusion. The pictures taken of San Jose's skyline was taken in 2006, but downtown SJ has added 5 more towers since. I mean look at all the pictures of SJ on Skylinescenes.com! San Jose doesn't have a pathetic skyline. Actually, it has a dense one.
Dallas *picture doesnt include many skyscraper including tallest
Houston *picture doesnt include many skyscrapers
San Jose
You see how dense Dt. San Jose's skyline is, albeit shorter. I believe there's one more picture from Bill Cobb that's even a better picture of Dt. San Jose and shows more high-rises in the picture that wasn't included but can be looked at by going to skyline scenes.com. Remember, they've added 5 more towers since then and some still are not shown, too. It's just as impressive as Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, if not even more impressive.
If you guys like 70 story towers, then I can see your point. The tallest in SJ is 28 story Marriott's hotel.
Look how close up the other three cities are shown while San Jose is shown at higher vantage point.
They are all taken from similar vantage points, San Jose is simply much shorter than the other three. Besides, Bill didnt take any photos of San Joe lower; that would be dangerous for helicopters to fly that low.

I'm shaking my head in utter dismay
At that guy from San Jose!
(Hey! I made a rhyme!)
And yes, he's clearly never been outside of his hometown if he believes SJ holds a candle to those other cities. Fact is that PHOTOS of Arlanta's skyline simply don't do it justice, and I'm sure the same can be said for Houston and Dallas. Anybody who has ever driven thru Atlanta at night can testify as to what a breathtakingly incredible skyline that city has. It's not only much TALLER than you'd imagine, it's stunning architecturally as well.

Seriously!?! HA HA HA HA HA HA are you joking? Uptown Dallas alone looks so much better than Downtown San Jose.
