I know not many people have heard of Pueblo, Colorado but I think we are the city of the future as Pueblo is setting it self up to be the alternative energy "capitol" of the region. Here are 3 big projects to back me up.
1. Vesta's - They are building the largest plant in the world to build wind turbines and want to build a foundry in Pueblo.
2. Pueblo is getting the largest solar plant in the United States. Here is a description:
News this week that Colorado could one day be home to the nation’s largest concentrated solar power plant — a facility of at least 200 megawatts near Pueblo — comes as welcome news to an energy sector faltering right along with the rest of the economy.
According to a story in Sunday’s Pueblo Chieftain, an energy consortium called Helios Energy Partners met last week with Pueblo County commissioners to discuss a $900 million deal to locate a facility on several thousand acres at the Pueblo Chemical Depot.
3. Pueblo is going to get a Colorado energy Park that will be the largest of its kind in the United States, here is a description of that:
BOISE, ID--(Marketwire - September 15, 2008) - Alternate Energy Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AEHI) signed an agreement with a representative of the proposed Colorado Energy Park (CEP) southeast of Pueblo, CO to negotiate contracts on land and water rights for multiple large advanced nuclear reactors. The current CEP site is over 21,000 acres and is valued at $83 million, including substantial water use rights. CEP can host a mixed portfolio of renewable energy including solar PV and CSP, wind, biomass, small-hydro and nuclear. AEHI will seek a complement of multiple clean energy providers to fully utilize the large site and share the nuclear plant's transmission, water, road and rail infrastructure. When fully developed, CEP will help meet the state's and region's growing demand for electricity. At CEP, AEHI will help the US achieve energy independence, and meet the goal of increasing sources of green energy to reduce CO2 and toxic emissions from the global environment. The CEP as a merchant site should be able to wield power east of the Rockies as needed to meet demand.
Pueblo might never be one of the largest cities but it is defiantly, in my opinion, the "city of the future"!

I picked Huntsville because it is very modern, it growing fast, it has a low cost of living, it has alot of jobs, and it is ranked number one for the city of the future!
I don't know why I put Atlanta on here because it is too crowded to be the city of future! It has too many flaws and traffic being one of them!
With the choices you gave I would say Atlanta already is a city no? I dont get what your asking with those choices. If you have Atlanta than where is Miami,Houston,Dallas,Tampa?
