Absolute not, because this is NOT racism. You must become more aware and readjust your biases.
The OP is talking here about racist whites who discriminate against blacks (and to a lesser extent other minorities).
Only racist whites think that blacks are racist for negatively reacting to racist white treatment. Ludicrous.
They must be having a snow day in SF. What a horrendously stupid comment.....

Do you know where I can find this information? I guess the way they would determine this is by how many known organized racist groups are present in each state and the number of crimes committed against minorities.
The OP did NOT say they wanted stats on white vs. black racism. If they did, then they weren't clear about that.
Hate Rises
The dwindling Ku Klux Klan may seem like a relic of crueler times, but the number of hate groups operating in the U.S. has actually jumped a staggering 48% since 2000. Many of these groups have sprouted along the border in Arizona, California and Texas, where their ringleaders have often hijacked the immigration debate. - Mark Potok, director of the Intelligence Project at the Southern Poverty Law Center in Montgomery, Ala.
According to this survey, racism is perceived to be widespread across the U.S. and not concentrated in one state or region; additionally, the location of hate groups in a particular state or city doesn't necessarily define that area as having a higher percentage of racists.
Some interesting survey results...

Majority of Americans Say Racism Against Blacks Widespread
PRINCETON, NJ -- A recent USA Today/Gallup poll finds most Americans saying racism is widespread against blacks in the United States. This includes a slim majority of whites (51%), a slightly higher 59% of Hispanics, and the vast majority of blacks (78%).
These results are based on a national sample of 1,935 U.S. adults, including large samples of more than 600 blacks and 500 Hispanics, weighted to represent their correct proportions in the U.S. population.

In general, Americans reject the notion of anti-white racism, but not overwhelmingly. While a majority of adults think such racism is not widespread, 41% think it is. This includes roughly 4 in 10 whites, blacks, and Hispanics.
Yeah, racism isn't always majorities against minorities. I was on the subway one day and came across a black woman in her 60s. She told me not to sit next to her because I'm a white racist *insert curses and slurs*...then kept going on about how I want her to be a slave...all for sitting next to her on the train.
wow. but then white people aren't the only racists.
wow. but then white people aren't the only racists.
I'd go as far as saying racism against whites is more prevalent now....
