I've heard good things about Montevideo...but if I were to ever live in Uruguay...I can't help but think the temptation to just go into Brazil, which I LOVE significantly more, would certainly happen.
I lived in San Francisco, and I like it a lot...and due SF being on the list, it automatically disqualified Calgary - a more colder, smaller, northern city...and if in North America...why not be in the more influential international one.
Warsaw...I quickly wrote it off. Seems cold and I heard that city isn't as attractive on any level compared to other Polish cities, or even other European cities for that matter. Plus, cold weather again.
Marseillance...I"m very unopinionated about that one...
