I have an easy top three:
1.Oregon
2.Washington
3.California(The California Academy of Sciences pretty much beats any other eco-friendly building I've ever heard of.)
List your top five states that have the most eco-friendliness. Examples include many eco buildings, wind farms, solar farms, etc.
1. California 2. Texas 3. New York 4. Colorado 5. North Dakota
Metrogrades: The Best Cities for Recycling: Men's Heath.com
In my opinion, Colorado doesn't deserve the "green" reputation it receives. Men's Health recently ranked the 100 best cities for recycling, on a scale where 1 is best and 100 is worst. Aurora, CO came in at 92 while Colorado Springs came in at 98.
Here's my list:
1. California
2. New York
3. Vermont
4. Pennsylvania
5. Wisconsin
Yeah I'd be interested to hear about Texas especially since I read a New York Times story about how governments in the big cities just aren't very behind recycling.
