In your experience, what is the easiest city to catch a cab in other than the obvious (NYC)? I wrote it as "hail/catch" specifically thinking of Vegas where you can't really hail one on the street, but taxis are plentiful and always waiting at the hotels/casinos.

I saw a huge abundance of cabs in downtown Chicago, almost New Yorkish. But I don't really know about the other cities, so I can't really give a good answer.
