Voted Florida b/c there is plenty of room to grow. In SoCal you are backed up against the mountains (and behind that the desert, where most Californians don't want to live).
I lived in SD for a couple of years, and in 29 Palms for about 3 years, and about one year in Tampa, Florida.
FL has a lower cost of living, and no state income tax. CA is expensive. FL housing is less expensive.
There is surfing and tons of water sports in FL, and I would venture to say that more peope in FL take part in some sort of water (ocean) activity than do their SoCal counterparts.
Well People it's unfair to Compare the Entire State of California to Florida so guess what I Took a Huge Chunk off Maybe The poll won't be a big Disappointment like Last Time.

Really? When I was there, I noticed a continuous line of I.E. towns all the way to San Gabriel pass (where there is a transition to desert). Hell, it seemed that the towns melted into each other on I-10 all the way to the pass. Even Riverside County is getting huge growth in the interior (like Temecula and Hemet.) No more room to grow in SD County. I still don't see much more room to grow!

Well, you gave me the opportunity. I.E. has bad smog from LA b/c of coastal winds blowing the smog into the I.E.. Also read an article about a month back stating that the I.E. has a really bad gang problem spilling over from LA, such as in San Bernardino.
Lol see I even confused this with the Orlando/Hollywood thread..Florida as a whole also has gang problems though.
