I wouldn't put SF because it's not really SF credit. It's San Jose!

What does this mean?

San Jose isn't a tourist city, at all. It's barely even known outside of CA.

"the topper" is 100% about San Jose glory, 100% of the time. As in San Francisco is overshadowed by it, it's the best downtown in the universe, etc. No matter if just about nobody agrees with him.

Many foreigners who stopped in my store in Beverly Hills always did LA, Vegas and San Francisco on their vacation.

What's the reason not to?
Everyone has to visit Vegas at least once.
Its mainly claim to fame is being a place to visit so why wouldn't it be included?
NOLA is similar to a lessor extent.
Never a dull moment for either of those two so why not recommend them
