It's going to win because it obviously has cities since it's a separate state. I was just saying that Newark isn't exactly a top choice of where to live in the metro area. I'm sure many people agree with me.

Hey, let's be honest here. I like the city for architecture (yes) and walking around you can see that it USED to be a great city but talking about now and here, Newark is a place most people try to avoid. It's a terrible waste and as much as I wish Newark the best at this time is not very appealing.

I totally agree. The potential for Newark is unlimited, but the city remains unable to reverse itself from the slide that began en masse in the late 50s-early 60s. What a shame.
