Tysons is based there. So there's likely a large demand for farmers and people to work in animal processing factories. And those would hire a ton of Mexicans. Wal-Mart would also need a lot of people for its warehouses and storage facilities, not to mention distribution.

That stuck out to me too. The Salvadoran communities in Northwest Arkansas and Charlotte are huge given their size and geography.
