Have to be a little more specific when you say this. do you mean low density, high density, or medium density? Because hardly anything in Houston is high. Lots of medium density but lots of low density as well. The inner loop is building some very high dense areas though.
1. New York City
2. Los Angeles
3. Houston
4. Phoenix
5. Chicago
I want to see how low Chicagos population will go!!! lolllllll
I love how you're trying to act like you're not dementor or someother idiot that bashes Chicago. You've been a member for a day and you know everything going on on these threads.
I think The Mix is pretty much dead unfortunaetly, nothing new has been found on the development.
I don't see S.A surpassing Phoenix no time soon. Phoenix is growing at a faster rate than S.A. L.A is too far ahead of Houston in population, it will take more than 50yrs for Houston to surpass L.A.
2050 is a long time from now, San Antonio could become 4th or 5th largest by 2050. San Antonio doubled in size in 30 years, it is growing even faster now, so doubling in size in 41 years is not out of the question.
I don't foresee Phoenix being in the top 5 due to it's constant dry sunny climate. With the prevalence of skin cancer people are going to be careful about moving there especially those of lighter European descent.

You're right. They're all going to be moving to Cleveland or Detroit.

It dosen't get more specific than what I just said. Houston is built dense everywhere. Compare the suburbs of Atlanta to Houston. Houston builds on much smaller lots, same within the inner loop.
