Actually the Bay Area is one of the most fiscally responsible places in the country as residents rank near the top as far as personal savings.

Yes, the Bay Area is definitely holding it's end of the bargain up in California.

Kind of European in lifestyle? Have you been to Europe? Chicagao is all about baseball, tailgating etc. There is nothing European about it.

I'm not sure about the European lifestyle, but there's certainly more to Chicago than baseball and tailgating. People who bash Chicago as if it's their job, seem to have tunnel vision, and are very big into stereotyping.

Stereotyping? Are you saying Chicago is not about baseball, football, tailgating and BBQs ? For most of the people here that's the favorite passtime.

Don't most cities with major sports teams do the same thing on game day, or is this exclusive to Chicago? I didn't think so.

Straight up as a new yorker i respect chicago. New yorkers dont mess with LA like that. So all this NYC/LA ganging up on chicago stuff needs to end. Real new yorkers respect chicago. Its one of the only cities that has its own distinctive flavor and new yorkers respect that because we are the same way. Real talk Chicago is better than LA. New york and chicagos cultures arent defined by TV and HOLLYWOOD but by the PEOPLE

WARNING:

The last few pages have had more attacks than posts that had anything to do with the topic at hand.

Cool it with the attacks, people. Vacation slips are being handed out.
