Hi, I'm applying for grad school in Dallas and Denver and want to get any opinions on which city is better? I am in Chicago now, which has a lot to do, but is really bad socially and weather wise. I want a place with friendlier people, warmer weather than Chicago (which isn't hard), good for dating and meeting someone (Chicago is really bad for that). Ease of getting around would be a plus, but the other things are more important. The social aspect is very important because, as I mentioned, people are not nice in Chicago so I really want to be somewhere where I can make friends and date. Any help would be really appreciated.

I think either would be an improvement over Chicago in those things you mentioned. Although Denver's winters can get as cold as Chicago (overall not as bad). I think it would boil down between what kind of lifestyle you'd prefer. If I were you I'd go with Denver simply for the mountains and the fact the summers aren't as oppressive.

Lol Dallas hands down. Reason why I say this is Dallas metro is much larger (4th largest in the country) and more diverse. The winters are not brutal and the cost of living is not that expensive. You will have the luxury of being around alot of young professional like yourself and a vibrant diverse atmosphere that DFW offers.
