Not even.. I personally consider Boston, Philly, Miami, Houston to all be mid-sized cities and ALL of them are considerably above Indy in vibrancy.

Those are definitely not mid-sized cities...

Indianapolis downtown was very busy and vibrant the one time I was there. Miami downtown? Not so much...been there several times and downtown was not the place to be. Areas NEAR downtown Miami are busy, but not downtown itself.

I am from NYC so my standards are..umm different.
In the US, the only true large cities are NYC and to a lesser extent Chicago, and with reservation, LA.
If going by density, San Francisco would be kinda "large" as well.

To someone from New York City or one of the truly large cities in the world, those are mid-sized or even small cities.
But it is all a relative thing..

Yes, and Orlando is a small city and I don't plan on staying down here forever.

It's relative. Orlando sucks compared to NYC but I enjoy it much better than either Phoenix or Indy.
