I agree with the placement of US Cities.

I dont agree with Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.

This is very UK-centric.

There are a total of 65 cities, and LA does not even make the list.

Many people are so ignorant to claim LA as #2 in the country without any knowledge about the world. That's so sad.

Some other utterly ignorant people in this forum suggested recently that Chicago is the finance capital of the world, some that it is in the world's top three most important financial centers.
