Human Rights Campaigns just released 2015 Equality scores for individual cities. 47 cities scored a 100, up from 38 last year. Here are the 47 cities:

If you search your city's score, you can see how they breakdown the scores.

Because none of them had cities with a score of 100...you have to click the link at the bottom and manually see your city's score.

Many have high scores, just not a 100 which is due to many factors--in some cases it's because the ordinances and protections are on the county level as opposed to the municipal level.

Outside of Florida, the only three Southern cities on there are Atlanta, Austin, and Dallas.

But those are the three most gay friendly cities in the South outside Florida. No question. Only other one I can think of that might come close is the Raleigh area.

Very disappointed in Houston. We really need to do better. Congrats Austin and Dallas for giving people outside of Texas an opportunity to see the entire state isn't backwards. San Antonio did quite well too. Congrats to them as well.
