Out of currently U/C buildings, I'd say Aqua in Chicago is my favorite.

The most prominent project in SF is definitely the Transbay Tower and Transit Terminal

The Tower will rise 1200' above the city.


The base of the tower will be at this location. Currently a transit terminal in Downtown SF.

My favorite new building in Jersey City is the Zenith at Liberty Harbor North. It's not an architectural masterpiece, but its ground floor is home to Zeppelin Hall, an 800-seat biergarten with 140 beers on tap!
