Atlanta reminds me of wide 18 lane freeways winding through endless pine trees.
Houston I think of endless concrete, stacks, feeders, overpasses and high risers.
L.A. I think of endless traffic.
I vote for Houston

I am thinking Los Angeles.
6 lane freeways just choked to death with traffic.
Indianapolis: Big "Freeways" for such a small big city
18 lane "freeways" with only enough traffic to warrant a 8 lane "freeway"
California and Florida are plastered with freeways or freeway equivalents

Doesn't Texas have more freeways than Florida! I know Cali has the most.

LA.. the freeways is one of the things that makes glad I don't live there. Other cities have comparable freeways or traffic but not both. Add that with the shear size of southern california and freeways are the way of life.

^^ We live off freeways lol! I think in the future we will be taking toll lanes ands yet still be in traffic even though it says "Fast track", We will be paying money for getting stuck in traffic. Ca needs more freeways so we can ease up traffic on main routes!

Irvine to Staples Center too watch the Lakers win the title is probably one of the few occasions that makes the 5 worth the nightmare.

No, California needs more mass transit so that fewer people are on the freeways. History has proven that freeway expansion does not help alleviate congestion. Who would've thought that with all the freeways that they built in virtually every direction in Southern California, that traffic would still be this bad? When does it stop? Will the entire region just become one giant freeway?
