No Boston on the list? The fireworks on the Esplanade over the Charles River with the Boston Pops playing at the Hatch Shell makes for quite a show.

I went off the MSN list, but I did put a "other" option in the poll.

I've seen BOS, NYC & MIA.

NY's is bigger but BOS is a major event - possibly second only to NYC. After all, since BOS started the revolution, celebrating it is a major event there. They pull out all stops. It's debateably the best place on earth to visit on that day.

Based off the pictures from that link, I'd say S. Dakota. Just can't beat the picture of fireworks bursting over Mt Rushmore.

I agree! I took my family there last year and really enjoyed it. Not sure if I agree with the MSN list.
