Albany NY
A city that has fallen like many other NY cities aside from NYC. Blue collar, cold, snow, and an underrated downtown.

Alexandria, VA

Never heard of it. A quick google tells me it is close to Hartford, so there's that.

Tulsa OK

Seems surprisingly green/wooded (a lot of people's expectations of Oklahoma who have never been there are a dust bowl/semi-arid climate). I read that there are very nice downtown neighborhoods and the city is experiencing a good amount of population growth. Spring weather seems a little intense with the thunderstorms.

Cincinnati, Ohio

I thought this thread was dead!
Weeeee!

I haven't been to Cincy yet but plan to in the near future.
Before going, I must say, the people I've met from their LOVE IT but hate it. I can certainly understand that sentiment having living in Birminham, AL for a long time.

That said, can't say there's much that interests me about the city other than the prospect of being closer to a Waffle House.

I certainly hope this opinion changes and I find a cute Rust Belt city that's cleaner than Portland, OR, but as desperate to find something profitable.

Speaking of Portland...

Portland... Maine.

Hmmm. Cute downtown, good seafood, fall foliage, seems like a city that would be really into parades and seasonal festivals lol.

Scottsdale, AZ.
