Last time I checked Honolulu was in Hawaii. Is that part of the U.S.?

Wow only one U.S. city made the list. I wonder what country this list came from. I honestly couldn't see myself living in any of those cities, maybe Honolulu, Vancouver if Honolulu wasn't on the list, then Montreal.

Something is wrong with the system they used to make this list. More American cities belong on the list.

Paris? Yuck, sorry. And yes, I've been.
Tokyo? Way too crowded and expensive.
Although there are several others on there I'd agree with.
The list is obviously biased against US cities for some reason.
