I agree. In terms of buildings over 400 feet, toronto has twice that of Philly. In terms of highrises, Toronto wins by far.
But you never know, some people would argue that quantity doesn't equal quality like Toronto's tall buildings are built out of wood and would collapse any day, or they may say Philly is so flat outside the skyline that it is more visible therefore better. People always can find excuses.

Those were hardly the best photos of Philadelphia relative to those posted for Toronto.....I think Toronto's skyline looks fantastic but the "old" Canadian railroad tower really looks out of place....slight edge to Philadelphia; and yes I am a bit biased...LOL.
