Chicago's going to gain. If you've seen the city the North Side, Loop, and Near South Side have really done great this past decade. I'd say 2,900,000-3,000,000
I'm glad to see Houston is at least trying to reverse their sprawl but I hate how they annexed so much. I'd say 2,300,000-2,400,000. Somewhere in the middle is where its probably going to fall.
