OK, an annoying feature of this site is that if you have posted a picture elsewhere on this site, in another thread, you can never post it again. Why does that rule exist, and how do you get around that?

Don't call Jersey city the "6th borough." And it isn't mini NY. It's its own state, and it is going to stay that way
