But what is REALLY funny is that you can't win this argument...NYC's Flatiron was not the first anything - Atlanta's is older. Period.

Something that you are failing to realize is that I have already agreed with you that Altanta's building was made first. You are missing the point that I am trying to make. My point is that the NYC one is better because it is taller and is an a urban setting unlike Atlanta's. The Atlanta version is next to a parking lot. You have lost this. PERIOD!!!

No, Atlanta's is situated at the junction of Peachtree and Broad Streets and faces the Atlanta Public Library on one side and Woodruff Park on the other...not a parking lot in sight. And what is this nonsense about Atlanta and parking lots that you keep harping on? This is the second post where you have invoked that. NYC has no parking lots?

You can keep saying that the Flatiron in Atlanta is "next to a parking lot", but it won't be coming true. IT ISN'T NEAR ANY PARKING LOT. Stop telling lies...you obviously don't know. I already told you that it's in the heart of Historic Downtown Atlanta, not in some suburb. I even posted photos of the area - there is no parking lot.

But, the historic part of downtown Atlanta feels like a suburb. Again, nice parking lot.

Some people are just SO proud of their ignorance they want to shout it from the mountaintops. Good for you!

It's hilarious how he keeps throwing around "parking lot" as if to hurt someone with it. The thickness of some people...you can show photographic proof that they are wrong and they will still argue as if nothing has changed. THAT is the kind of thing that moderators should look for and put a stop to.
