Back in my hometown of Iowa City:

The University of Iowa Hospitals/Clinics is a huge medical center with around 3,200,000 square feet, and over 7,100 employees. It seems like they've been adding wings onto that hospital since the beginning of time. You can walk about 2/3 of a mile now and still be inside the complex.

I couldn't find what it is for Cleveland. I would assume either the IX Center, Key Tower, or BP building. Or possibly some other large industrial building (there's many in the city).

The IX Center is 2.2 million square feet, it also has an amusement park inside of it complete with a ferris wheel.
