Probably SF because the jumbled grid creates some dead ends that really top it off. I think I've seen some shots of lower Manhattan like this, too.

I think New York and Chicago have the best without a doubt. I'll post some of Boston's better ones in a little bit.

I dont think "urban canyons" have to be limited to downtown areas.
