IMO, Philadelphia is very underrated in the skyline department. I would place it at 3 or 4 among U.S. skylines, as far as size. What do you think?

I like it, but I don't think Philadelphia is underrated.

The most underrated in the US is probably Pittsburgh. Everyone talks about the major cities such as NYC, Chicago, SF, Seattle. I guess by virtue of Pitt being a smaller city, it doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Some people even consider it the 3rd or 4th best skyline in the US.

^^^
I don't think Pittsburgh is overrated. It has a very nice skyline but it is actually a relatively small skyline. For that reason I would not place it in the top 10.
