Technically, they are two cities in each metro area (Greenville-Spartanburg actually has a third, Anderson, in the CSA). At any rate, I pick GSP. More diversified local economy, growing a bit faster, better selection of retail/restaurants, etc. Shreveport seems cool (it has the best skyline in the bunch by far), but the metro area isn't quite yet on the level of GSP (CSA of 1.2 million).
