Well that based on opinions. I seen better Black females in Oakland and Sac then LA mixed race is cool so as dark skin and Caramel. Red bones and yellow bones are more in Louisana and East Texas . I'm talking average women 5 too 10. I'm not talking about Hollywood stars that don't count most black men forum LA would be 8th place and Dc New York Houston and Atlanta be in top 5

Actually, they do count....because for every attractive star who gets a breakout role in a TV series/movie, there are 15 women as attractive as her grinding it out in Los Angeles doing commercials for Charmin Ultrasoft toilet paper. Most stars were just regular people trying to get by before getting their big break.

It's about where the attractive single black class of women at in cities,which cities was in top including La and other's the only ones worry about stars probably white male

That's nonsense. BMI has increased substantially among Americans of all races and ethnicities (and much of the world for that matter) over the last 50 years. Most people are not getting more muscular, they are getting fatter, and we know this because abdominal obesity has also substantially increased over the last 50 years. The median waist size for an American woman today is around 39 inches. That's up from about 28 inches in 1950.
Black women in California are not genetically different from the ones in the DMV so the data is simply saying that the Black women there are fitter.
Edit: What events were you running weighing 200 lbs?
The 100m, 110mHH, 200m, and 4X100m. At 6'2, that is not heavy and most athletes weigh about that much at that height. This boils down to muscle vs. fat and muscle weighs more.

You could argue that but the data doesn't bear it out.
Like I said, the entire U.S. is in denial about weight. Most people lash out against BMI but completely ignore that waistline circumference, upper arm circumference and sagittal abdominal diameter have also increased dramatically in only 30 years. Everyone on the internet claims to be 225 lb of solid muscle with 11% body fat yet the CDC says the median waist circumference for a man is around 40 inches. Only about 25% of American men have a waist smaller than 36 inches. In 1994, it was about 40-45%.
We also know that COVID-19 mortality is positively correlated with obesity.
So you don't see an issue with the way BMI was created and "who" they used to create it?
I'm 6'2 with a 34 inch waist. I weigh 215 pounds. I am very fit with low body fat, but my BMI says I am overweight. I don't know a single athlete that is not considered overweight by the BMI scale. It is important to take into account that muscle weighs more than fat. The more muscular you are, the more you will weigh. BMI was created for the average person without high muscle mass.

Yeah, I'm gonna call cap on this one. There are almost no elite sprinters above 200 lbs. And none of them are "obese" by BMI standards.

I ran against Tyson Gay when he was at Arkansas and I can assure you he didn't weigh 165 lbs. Bruh....lol. Have you actually seen any of these athletes in person? Let me guess, you actually think Noah Lyles weighs 154 lbs because the internet said so.
It's called Google. I already know you're going to say "INACCURATE!" Okay. What's very accurate are NBA combine weights. And the average BMI of an NBA draft pick is about 24.0
How does this square with your statement "I don't know a single athlete under 200 lbs." Because Steph Curry, Damian Lillard and Kyrie Irving are all under 200 lbs. Even Jordan entered the League under 200 lbs and he's 4-5 inches taller than them.
