The only city that I think of is Detroit, but I have no idea if they have the most.

I've lived in Chicago (grew up there) and Detroit. Chicago definitely has more, but what Detroit has, is quality.

There are a lot of Greeks in Baltimore's highlandtown and Patterson park neighborhoods and quiet a few Greek restaurants.

Yeah, it's one of Detroit's main attractions so finding Greek food wont be hard. And that's why I thought of Detroit. It's the only city that I know of with a Greektown and even if other cities have them, Detroit's is the most famous.
