Two very old cities in the south,which city do you feel has the most charm,the most beauty and which one do you prefer to live in?

I prefer Charleston. The historic district is larger and more refined, the water views are better and it has a much more upscale feel. St. Augustine feels too 'touristy' with an overabundance of souvenir and t-shirt shops.

Never been to Charleston, but would like to visit. I loved St. Augustine, though.
